With the rapid development of high-end equipment manufacturing technology,it has become more and more important to improve the service performance of parts in different service occasions.At present,adding specific microstructures on the surface of parts can effectively solve this problem,but the commonly used processing methods have disadvantages such as low processing efficiency and small application range.Therefore,this thesis uses structured grinding wheel grinding method to solve the above-mentioned problems.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,in order to grind the three microstructures of ribs,protrusions and pits,this paper uses a single-point diamond pen to structure the grinding wheel.Then,geometric analysis is performed on the three-dimensional model of the grinding wheel after dressing,and the radius of the structured grinding wheel is theoretically solved by using the obtained geometric relationship.Finally,by writing a calculation program based on the radius of the grinding wheel,a numerical model of the surface topography of the structured grinding wheel is obtained.In addition,this thesis also analyzes the influence trend of the dressing process parameters on the surface morphology of the structured grinding wheel by establishing a function method.Subsequently,considering the movement relationship between the grinding wheel and the workpiece in the surface grinding process,the action process of the structured grinding wheel on the surface of the workpiece is studied.According to the interference between the abrasive particles and the workpiece,and based on the motion trajectory equation of a single abrasive particle,the mathematical relationship between the surface characteristics of the microstructure and the dressing and grinding process parameters is deduced.At the same time,according to the formation principle of the rib microstructure,a processing method of the convex microstructure surface is proposed.Then,using the numerical solution method,the relationship between the microstructure grinding surface characteristics and the dressing and grinding process parameters is obtained.On this basis,the influence of process parameters on the type,size and distribution density of microstructures is analyzed.At the same time,a method for generating ground surface morphology based on the spatial motion trajectory of abrasive particles is proposed,and the numerical morphology of the ground surface with three microstructures is obtained.Finally,the microstructure surface grinding verification test is carried out.The structured dressing of the grinding wheel is carried out with the numerical control grinder,and the cylindrical grinding of the stepped shaft workpiece is carried out.Through sampling and measurement of the workpiece,the influence of the grinding process parameters on the microstructure is explored,and the correctness of the grinding surface topography generation method and the feasibility of grinding the microstructure are verified.
