Organic coating protection system is a widely used method for metal anticorrosion of transmission due to its outstanding characteristics such as excellent and durable protection performance,practical economic performance,and green environmental protection performance.The protection performance of the coating is affected by the coating quality,however,there is a little of comprehensive coating quality evaluation methods.The thesis is mainly aimed at problems such as the inability to identify the authenticity of the paint used in the coating and evaluation of the protective performance during the acceptance process of the coating coating project.Fourier infrared spectroscopy was used to identify paints and predict coating life in this thesis,and a simple and quick detection method was proposed for the acceptance process of anticorrosive coatings for steel structures.The research mainly includes the following two contents: 1.Identification of paint components produced by different manufacturers using Fourier infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics.2.Through the infrared spectroscopy analysis of the paint film and other indexes to evaluate the coating,the purpose of coating performance evaluation and life prediction is achieved.Based on the research and analysis of the above content,the following conclusions are mainly obtained:1.The principal component analysis(PCA)method is used to extract the pre-processed feature information of the different types of paint film spectral data.To further improve the accuracy of prediction,cluster analysis of the Mahalanobis distance is performed.The results show that using this method can achieve the classification of different paint films,and successfully identify the type of paint,and achieve the effect of rapid paint identification.The coating acceptance process is simulated,and the verification sample and the standard sample are distinguished by the principal component analysis method,so as to achieve the effect of rapid paint identification.2.Through the evaluation of the appearance and morphology of coating samples,coating adhesion measurement,infrared spectrum acquisition,and calculation of porosity in different periods of artificial accelerated aging experiments,mathematical models such as aging time-adhesion,aging time-porosity,aging time-functional group index were established to evaluate the coating life.It is found that the aging time-porosity fits well from 12 d to 36 d,and the aging time-functional group index has a good quantitative relationship from 3d to 36 d.Based above,the process of coating life prediction was proposed.Based on this,the process of field life evaluation and prediction of coating is proposed.
