When the coal resources are mined and utilized in a large scale,a large number of coal mining subsidence areas are produced.Coal mining subsidence not only damages a large number of land resources, but also damages the above ground buildings, roads, vegetation and groundwater resources. It also threatens the personal safety of the residents in the mining area, intensifies the social contradictions in the region, and causes economic and social sustainable development of mining cities A serious impact. In recent years, all over the country have actively carried out the ecological restoration and treatment work of coal mining subsidence areas, and accumulated certain experience. However, due to the complexity of ecological environment problems in coal mining subsidence areas, there are still many problems in the restoration measures, treatment process and actual effect adopted by various places. In 2018,according to the plan for deepening the reform of Party and state institutions, the responsibilities of several ministries and commissions were removed and merged, and the Ministry of natural resources was established. The Ministry of natural resources was entrusted with the responsibility of "unified exercise of all territorial space use regulations and ecological protection and restoration".Territorial spatial planning replaced the previous "various plans are implemented by themselves" planning system and became the main means of land and space use control. The ecological concept of "mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasses" as a community of life, and the implementation principles of ecological priority, regional overall planning, classification and collaborative governance must be adhered to in the territorial spatial planning, which provides a fundamental basis for ecological restoration and governance in coal mining subsidence areas. In this context, taking peibei mining area as the research object, this paper summarizes the previous research on the ecological restoration theory and mechanism of coal mining subsidence land by literature research and field investigation, and combines with the current situation of ecological restoration in peibei mining area, and takes the theory of collaborative governance, restoration ecology and spatial equilibrium theory as theoretical tools, and attempts to analyze the ecological restoration mechanism of coal mining subsidence land from the perspective of territorial spatial planning The ecological restoration work of coal mining subsidence area is further optimized to improve the environmental absorption capacity, resource carrying capacity and economic productivity in the mining subsidence area,so as to coordinate the population, economy, society, resources and environment,so as to promote sustainable development and achieve the goal of win-win social, ecological and economic benefits. The introduction of this paper introduces the progress of ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence land. The second part combs and discusses the related concepts and theories involved in the study. The third part investigates and summarizes the current situation of the study area and the ecological restoration methods, types and uses. The fourth part, from the perspective of territorial spatial planning, makes an investigation and summary on the ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence land The fifth part puts forward policy suggestions on territorial spatial ecological restoration, puts forward clear sustainable use of territorial spatial ecological restoration guidance, further improve the implementation mechanism of land space ecological restoration and establish the spatial planning pattern based on ecological restoration. The sixth part mainly summarizes the conclusion, shortcomings and development of this paper Hope.
