Research On Equipment Management System Of Dahongshan Iron Mine Based On TPM

Production equipment is an important tool for enterprises to engage in production and management.To strengthen the management of production equipment and improve the level of equipment management is of great significance to promote the progress and development of enterprises.Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co.,Ltd.is a mining,mineral processing,concentrate pipeline transport as one of the mining enterprises,mainly engaged in iron ore mining,mineral products,Ferrous,Non-ferrous metal processing,sales and other businesses.With the continuous development of modern mine engineering,the application of mine equipment is more and more extensive.How to improve the comprehensive efficiency of mine equipment and continuously enhance the economic benefits and market competitiveness of enterprises,has Become an important work of mine enterprise management.In dissertation,Dahongshan mine was taken as the research object,based on the theory of TPM(total production maintenance),the construction of equipment management system of Dahongshan mine was studied with the idea of quality management system,the aim of dissertation is to provide a basic scheme for the construction of Dahongshan mine equipment management system,to provide a reference for the systematization and standardization of Dahongshan mine equipment management,to improve the level of equipment management and to give full play to equipment efficiency.In dissertation,the author summarizes the research situation of equipment management system at home and abroad,briefly introduces the quality management system and related theories of equipment and equipment management,and expounds the basic status of equipment management in Dahongshan mine,according to the three stages of early,middle and late stage,dissertation analyzes the problems existing in the equipment management of Dahongshan mine from the aspects of "man,machine,material,method,ring and survey",according to the idea of TPM and the construction idea of quality management system,the construction research of Dahongshan mine equipment management system was carried out,thebasic construction scheme of Dahongshan mine's equipment management system is put forward from the aspects of system objectives,establishment principles,main contents,structure and elements,system documents,etc.,dissertation analyzes on the implementation and perfection of the equipment management system in Dahongshan mine,and advances some corresponding suggestions for the important links in the implementation process.
