Open-pit transportation equipment is the important material base of mining enterprise production. Strengthening the modern management of open-pit transportation equipment, carrying well on the proper use, scientific management and maintenance of transportation equipment, and constantly improve the technical condition and the technological level of equipment is to ensure that the development of mining production and important part of improving economic benefit. The author analyse the features and problems in The Phosphorite's device management, then make a series of equipment management methods and measures,moreover analyse their from practical application and theory,main work are the following aspects:(1) Make use of OEE (Overall Equipment Efectiveness,hereinafter referred to OEE) evaluation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to ananlyse the actual efficiency of the Phosphorite's transportation equipment. It is concluded that the outside and itself factors have deep effect in the efficiency of The Phosphorite's transportation equipments, the efficiency is relatively low.(2) Make use of related methods from TPM on the basis of the equipment management, through the "three-wide" management methods to establish standards for equipments inspection, and promotion of TPM activities.
