Open-pit transportation equipment is the important material base of mining enterprise production. Strengthening the modern management of open-pit transportation equipment, carrying well on the proper use, scientific management and maintenance of transportation equipment, and constantly improve the technical condition and the technological level of equipment is to ensure that the development of mining production and important part of improving economic benefit. With the development of the socialistic market economy and reform of enterprise management system in-depth,there are a number of issues unadapted to phasic development request in management of open-pit transportation equipment.The paper base on the open-pit transportation equipment management,with the Total Productive Maintenance (hereinafter referred to TPM) management system for the main line, combined with the relevant mathematical model to make a number of qualitative aspects to quantitative, with a view to under the security is guaranteed premise the transportation equipment will play a greater effectiveness. The author analyse the features and problems in The Phosphorite's device management, then make a series of equipment management methods and measures,moreover analyse their from practical application and theory,main work are the following aspects:(1) Make use of OEE (Overall Equipment Efectiveness,hereinafter referred to OEE) evaluation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to ananlyse the actual efficiency of the Phosphorite's transportation equipment. It is concluded that the outside and itself factors have deep effect in the efficiency of The Phosphorite's transportation equipments, the efficiency is relatively low.(2) Make use of related methods from TPM on the basis of the equipment management, through the "three-wide" management methods to establish standards for equipments inspection, and promotion of TPM activities. With a view to improve equipment's unharmed rate, operating rate and ensure stable operation of long-period.(3)Make use of the excavator-vehicle allocation model to optimize the situation of The Phosphorite's excavator-vehicle allocation, and compare it with the actual situation of mine production,finally it may provide a quantification basis for the scheduling transportation.(4)When analysis of transportation equipment maintenance, make use of Weibull distribution model combined with the maximum principle of validity to predict the preventive maintenance cycle of the transportation equipment engines,and provide a reasonable arrangement maintenance reference to the mine transportation equipment.(5)Choice of tires which are the important spare parts of transportation equipment for research subjects, using the Time Probability Inventory Model analysis of tires procurement plans,then determining a reasonable order time and the storage time for tires.With a view to achieve save inventory costs,keep off the overstock and shortage.(6)Adopt the ABC classification of spare parts management method combined with data envelopment analysis to analyse inventory management of spare parts,then provide an decision-making support of important degree to spare parts for transportation equipment through the analysis.With a view to achieve targeted management to spare parts for equipment.
