Considering the high efficiency,energy saving,high response accuracy and environmental protection of electric injection molding machines,it develops rapidly in recent years.However,due to the late start of the research on electric injection molding machine in China and the lack of research and development efforts,the technology is subject to foreign countries.As the key function module of the electric injection molding machine,the power system is usually driven by servo motor and synchronous belt.Considering the problems such as large space occupied,start-up runout and easy wear,the planetary gear reducer is proposed to replace the synchronous belt to form a new power unit system.However,the application of planetary gear reducer in the electric injection molding machine is not mature.In the actual production practice,the process of using the conventional design method is tedious,thus the product design cycle is too long,and the optimal result is not necessarily obtained when the working condition requirements are met.In order to realize the lightweight,optimization and rapid design of this products,this paper takes a 22 KW planetary gear reducer in a certain type of electric injection molding machine as the research object,realizes the geometric parameters,gear structure optimization and parts parametric design of the reducer with the help of modern design methods such as product parametric design and optimization design technology,and completes the development of corresponding computer program,mainly includes:(1)The transmission design of planetary gear reducer for electric injection molding machine is studied.Based on the existing design theory of planetary gear reducer,the optimization design of planetary gear reducer is deeply analyzed.In the aspect of geometric parameter optimization,the minimum volume and the maximum coincidence degree of planetary transmission mechanism are selected as the optimization objectives MATLAB optimization toolbox is used for multi-objective optimization.The results show that the optimized total volume is reduced by 17.5% and the coincidence degree is increased.Then the geometric parameters of the main parts of the planetary transmission mechanism are designed according to the parameters of design results.In the aspect of gear structure optimization,through the finite element analysis of gear pair,the size of gear contact deformation and gear shaft bending deformation is obtained,and gear shape modification optimization is carried out in KISSsoft.The optimized gear stress distribution is more uniform,and the stress value is reduced by 5.3%.(2)The parametric design of planetary gear reducer for electric injection molding machine is studied in depth.The API(application program interface)function interface provided by Solid Works is used to complete the development of the parametric design system of planetary gear reducer.The functions of automatic modeling,mass export of engineering drawing and intelligent assembly of planetary gear reducer parts are realized.The program development and function integration of the above optimization and parameterization contents are completed by using mixed language programming.The rapid design platform development of planetary gear reducer for electric injection molding machine is realized for the first time,which improves product development efficiency and saves about 30% of product development time.(3)The gear flexible body file generated in ANSYS is imported into Adams environment for rigid flexible coupling dynamics analysis,which simulates the performance of planetary gear reducer under the actual working condition of the injection molding machine,obtains the dynamic curve of gear engagement force and the curve of output shaft angular velocity.The results show that the performance of the prototype meets the design requirements,provides a reference for the research and development of planetary gear reducer used in electric injection molding machine.
