Extraction analysis of drug residues and functional components in food and beverage are important.Because of the complexity and diversity of the sample’s environment,the selectivity and functional specificity of the sorbent can improve the detection efficiency and shorten the detection time.The key to the preparation of extraction sorbent is to improve the recognition capacity of the target,and to realize the separation and detection of the target by combining with the solid phase extraction technology.In this paper,GO was modified by silane coupling agents NQ54,KH570 and KH550.The porous aromatic framework(PAFs)PAF53 and PAF54 were compounded with modified GO to detect sulfonamides(SMD and SMR)residues and phenolic acids(CGA,CFA and FLA)in beverages.(1)GO was modified with silane coupling agents NQ54,KH570 and KH550.The results showed that GO modified with chlorine-terminated silane coupling agent NQ54 had loose folds and zeta high potential.GO-NQ54 was used for ultrasoundassisted dispersion solid phase extraction(UA-DSPE)to detect the residue of SMD and SMR in milk,which expanded the new rapid detection materials for sulfonamides such as SMD and SMR.(2)PAFs were synthesized from p-phenylenediamine and melamine with melamine respectively.GO was grafted with silane coupling agent NQ-54,and the terminal chlorine provided the active sites for the combination with PAFs.Polyethyleneimine(PEI)was coated of the composite material to enhance the selectivity of the target.The detection of phenolic acid Chinese Wolfberry drink was realized by optimizing washing and elution solvents.PAFs composite GO material improved the defect of GO couldn’t be activated by water in PT-SPE and a new kind of material for the rapid determination of phenolic acid was synthesized.
