Preparation Of Water-borne Baking Paint With High Wash Fastness For Zipper Head

With the development of society and people's attention to environmental protection,water-borne paints are favored by the paint industry.Zipper heads and hardware supplies are indispensable in our life,but the paints used for zipper heads are mainly solvent-borne paints,which contain a large amount of organic solvents.They are harmful to the environment and human.Therefore,preparing a water-borne baking paint with high wash fastness for zipper head has great social and economic benefits.The disadvantage of water-based paint is that it will be peeled off easily after cleaning.This paper studies the factors affecting the performance of water-based paint with high washing fastness,and develops a water-based paint with high washing fastness for zipper heads.The contents of the paper are as following:The formulation and curing conditions of water-borne baking paint with high wash fastness for zipper heads were studied.By adding epoxy polysiloxane to modify water-borne epoxy resin,introducing silicon-oxygen bond with excellent toughness and wear resistance into the resin crosslinking system,and the film with excellent wet adhesion and high wash fastness was prepared.In the study,the effects of types and proportions of film-forming resin and amino resin curing agent,the types and amounts of water-borne additives,the curing time and curing temperature on the properties of film were discussed.The experimental results show that the water-borne epoxy resin C is used as the film-forming resin,the amino resin Cymel mm-100 is used as the curing agent,the mass ratio is 10:1;the addition amount of water-borne epoxy polysiloxane is 3%;the addition amount of SH-DP3006 k is 1?2%;the curing temperature is set to 150?and the curing time is set to 20 min,the properties of the film is the best.The film hardness reaches 2H;the adhesion is 0 Grade;impact resistance up to 50kg·cm;butanone resistance to wipe > 200 times;acid,alkali resistance and the fastness to washing of the zipper head are the best.Analyzed and studied the shortcomings of the film that appeared in the process of construction,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the point of formula designand construction conditions.The results show that pretreating the substrate surface,adjusting the viscosity of the paint between 15-25 s and adding 0.1-0.3% wetting agent Gresdol E20 can reduce or even eliminate the shrinkage problem of the film;adding 0.6‰ Greesol DF901 N can eliminate the bubbles in the film;uniform speed of the gun,creating a clean painting environment,regular cleaning of the spray gun and oven can prevent problems such as paint sagging and paint film particles.
