Research On Performance Management Of Front-line Staff In Y Coal Mine Enterprise

The current performance appraisal of Y coal mine enterprises remains at the extensive stage,and there is a “one size fits all” problem,especially for front-line employees,which almost follow the performance appraisal method 20 years ago.Only the form has no substance and the front-line employees are not very motivated to work.To some extent,it had a inpact on the production efficiency of Y enterprise,and loses the purpose and value of performance appraisal.The purpose of this thesis is to design a set of performance appraisal optimization schemes for front-line employees for Y Coal Mine through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the performance appraisal of Y coal mine enterprises,combined with the research on corporate performance appraisal world wide.Optimize the production management of Y coal enterprise from the angle of view,and improve the production efficiency of Y coal enterprise to a certain extent.Based on the case of Y coal mining enterprises,this paper studies the internal performance appraisal of coal mining enterprises through field data acquisition and questionnaire survey.Secondly,combing the concept and theory of performance is helpful to improve the theory of the thesis.Then,the paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal of front-line employees in Y coal mining enterprises,and analyzes the existing problems of performance appraisal of front-line employees in Y coal mining enterprises through questionnaire survey.Then,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward a set of excellent performance appraisal and implementation effects for front-line employees and individuals in Y coal mining enterprises Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding performance appraisal guarantee measures.
