In the early stage of exploitation,the surface oil is easy to extract and has a large output.But with the increase of mining time,the pressure of oil layer is decreasing,the viscosity of crude oil is increasing,so the difficulty of mining is increasing.In order to improve oil recovery and achieve high and stable production of oil field,necessary water injection is needed for oil field,and water injection station is set up in this background.Aiming at the characteristics that all kinds of production data of water injection stations and reservoirs are not fully informationalization and centralized management in some small and medium-sized oil fields,a monitoring and control system based on ARM and PLC is designed and implemented in this paper.The specific works are as follow:Firstly,this paper studies the key technologies used in the measurement and control system and designs the overall architecture of the measurement and control system,combining the actual production situation of the oilfield station.The system is mainly composed of three different modules,namely,the lower data acquisition module,the wireless RTU transmission module,the host computer display and analysis module,and all the modules cooperate with each other to complete the monitoring and control function of the water injection station.Secondly,based on the technology foundation of ARM microprocessor and PLC,this paper has designed the hardware and software of every module involved in the system,and implemented the stable operation of modules by reasonable chip selection,circuit design and reliable programming.In the design of the vibration data acquisition module,the digital acceleration chip is used instead of the traditional analog piezoelectric sensor to improve the stability of the data acquisition.Thirdly,a combined time and frequency domain algorithm is proposed to deal with the vibration signal,for vibration monitoring of water injection pump in oil field.Based on to the original acceleration signal of digital signal acquisition chip ADXL345,filtering field noise and interference by bandpass filter in time domain,according to the actual working frequency of water injection pump,then double integral and optimization of signal in frequency domain by using the relation between Fourier series.At the same time,the exact conversion between acceleration and displacement is realized by combining with frequency domain attenuation algorithm and inverse Fourier transform,so that vibration and displacement measurement can be effectively applied to water injection pump.Finally,through the field environment test,the system designed in this paper can run steadily and meet the actual monitoring requirements of the field production.And the algorithm proposed in this paper compared with the direct frequency domain integral algorithm in error is reduced by 4%,and reached the accuracy of 98.5% on the working frequency.The algorithm index is better than the traditional frequency-domain integral algorithm,providing reliable data for the diagnosis of the condition of water injection pump.
