The inner panel of automobile door is a sheet metal stamping part formed by stamping die,which is the main sheet metal covering part of automobile body.It has large structural dimension,complex shape and geometry,deep,forming and drawing,an-d high surface quality requirements of parts.During the drawing process,it is easy to have problems such as drawing crack,wrinkle,pull mark,etc.,so the level of technolog-y will affect the overall quality of automobile in later stage.Sheet metal forming The setting of main parameters in the process can not simply depend on experience.Besides the mechanical properties of materials,the main parameters of stamping process must be optimized.CAE finite element simulation technology can be used to carry out numerical simulation of sheet metal stamping forming process,to achieve the maximum possible comparative optimization and combination of multiple groups of process parameters.Finally,the feasibility of combined process parameters is evaluate-d through experiments,to reduce the production risk caused by unreasonable design of forming process parameters,which can not only shorten the forming time,but also r-educe the production cost,to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.Based on the nonlinear theory of DYNAFORM finite element analysis software and the plastic mechanics theory of sheet metal stamping forming,according to the analysis and summary of the causes of quality defects in sheet metal stamping forming,the forming process of a certain type of automobile door inner plate is simulated by finite element method,and the main process parameters affecting the forming quality are simulated and analyzed,and the pre optimization sheet is obtained The combination of numerical parameters in the main process of sheet metal deep drawing.The experimental scheme is designed by using the proven scientific and effective orthogonal test method.The main parameters studied mainly include the law and mechanism of the influence of blank holder force,friction coefficient,stamping speed and sheet metal thickness on the quality of deep drawing,and the reasonable process parameter values are obtained.Finally,the thickness uniformity,the maximum thinning rate and the maximum thickening rate in the orthogonal test process of sheet metal are taken as the optimization judgment indexes,and then four main factors that have a major impact on the quality are selected for analysis and research.The forming quality formed by the stamping process parameters is evaluated by the orthogonal test method,and finally the forming parameters are optimized to obtain the best parameter combination of the process plan.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the technological characteristics of the inner panel of the panel panelm,the grid model and the corresponding parameters for the stamping forming of the inner panel of the panel are established by using the numerical simulation software DYNAFORM.(2)According to the mesh model and DYNAFORM's numerical simulation method,the stamping process of the inner panel of the small door is simulated and analyzed.According to the simulation results,the forming material stress,strain nephogram,thickness change numerical diagram and FLD limit diagram are obtained.According to the material deformation mechanism,the forming stress,strain state,thickness change and forming quality are analyzed According to the relationship between the two,the possible defects in some parts of the product,such as wrinkling and cracking,are predicted,and the main causes of these defects are analyzed.(3)According to the above simulation analysis results,the single factor research is carried out on the process parameters which have the main influence on the drawing quality,including the blank holder force,friction coefficient,stamping speed and sheet metal thickness.The influence rule and mechanism of the four process parameters on the product stamping quality are analyzed.According to the cloud chart results simulated by DYNAFORM finite element software,four comparison criteria are further determined Determine the reasonable value of process parameters,and preliminarily evaluate the impact on forming quality.(4)By using the method of combination of numerical simulation and orthogonal test,the orthogonal test design is carried out through DYNAFORM,and the numerical simulation calculation and comparative analysis are carried out for each group of process parameters of the stamping process of the automobile door inner panel selected above.Further research is made on the influence factors of different process parameters combination on the forming quality.The thickness uniformity,the maximum thinning rate and the maximum thinning rate of the orthogonal test process of the sheet metal are taken into account the large thickening rate is used as the optimizatioon judgment index to obtain the relatively optimal combination of the test stamping process parameters.The optimized process parameters are simulated by DYNAFORM finite element software.The simulation results are highly consistent with The actual expectations,which shows the feasibility and rationality of the optimization method of the stamping process parameters based on DYNAFORM.
