With the length of coal mine tunnels in China increasing,high-speed excavation and effective supporting in safe mining are more and more important.Therefore,the double-arm anchor drilling rig that can provide supporting in high-speed excavation is more and more popular.But the present hydraulic system of the double-arm anchor drilling rig cannot meet the requirements of full-section automatic drilling.Thus,based on the structural composition and mechanism of the double-arm anchor drilling rig,this paper designed the hydraulic system of the double-arm anchor drilling rig,and tested the hydraulic system in simulation with AMESim16.0.First,the structural composition and mechanism of the double-arm anchor drilling rig were analyzed according to the actual working conditions.On the basis of this analysis,the main parameters of the hydraulic system were determined,with the operating requirements of the hydraulic system of the double-arm anchor drilling rig as restrictions.Secondly,with the real working requirements,the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of each component of the double-arm anchor drilling rig were designed.Then,the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of each component of the double-arm anchor drilling rig were integrated in the paper,and the schematic diagrams for the entire hydraulic system were also given out.After that,the main components of the hydraulic system,in which a loadsensitive system was adopted to save energy,were selected through calculation.Finally,the models of the constant power load sensitive variable pumps,back-valve compensation valves,superchargers and two-stage cylinders of the hydraulic system were set and tested through AMESim16.0,and the result of the model test verified the validity of the models.Then,the response curves of braking,activating,and flux were set through the simulation and analysis of the crawler walking circuit,which indicated that the walking hydraulic motor starts quickly and smoothly,and the braking is stable.Later,the simulation and analysis of the platform lifting hydraulic circuit gave out the response curves of pressure,flux and displacement of each secondary hydraulic cylinder,which showed that the lifting hydraulic circuit meets the requirement of synchronous control.Last,the chassis support hydraulic circuit,temporary support hydraulic circuit,the hydraulic circuits of both left and right drilling arm,and the hydraulic circuit of the propeller were analyzed through simulation,upon which the response curves of the hydraulic actuators of each hydraulic circuit were drawn,showing that the action sequence and response time of each hydraulic actuator are basically consistent with the set values.Through the analysis above,the design and research of the hydraulic system of the doublearm anchor drilling rig verified the correctness and validity of the design of the entire system,which,in theory,supports the design and research of the hydraulic system of the double-arm anchor drilling rig.
