| In this study,two kinds of adsorption materials,molecularly imprinted membrane(MIM)and mesoporous material,were prepared.And their adsorption applications in drugs,gas and heavy metal ions were also discussed.A series of MIMs were prepared by bulk polymerization method while 4-(2-aminoethyl)benzene sulfonamide,acrylamide(AM),trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TRIM)and filter paper was used as the template,monomer,crosslinker and substrate,respectively.The optimized molar ratio of template,monomer and crosslinker is 1:12:20.A rapid detection method was established to metformin,phenformin and glibenclamide qualitative analysis after enriched by MIM with Raman spectroscopy.Moreover,metformin and phenformin could be quantitatively determined with a detection limit of 1.0 mg/m L.These three hypoglycemic drugs were detected in four kinds of real health care products with this method and their detected content was within 10%compared with high performance liquid chromatographic method.In the study of mesoporous material,ASM,MCM-41 and SBA-15 were synthesized by the hydrothermal method with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)and poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide)copolymer(P123)as template,respectively.Sequentially,amino-functioned mesoporous materials MCM-41-NH2 and SBA-15-NH2 were prepared while introducing3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APS)to the mesoporous material for CO2adsorption.The amino-functioned mesoporous materials showed the superior adsorption capability than non-functioned materials,and the maximum adsorption capacity of CO2 was 5.10 mmol/g with SBA-15-NH2.Thiohydroxy-functionalized mesoporous materials SBA-15-SH was prepared in the presence of 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane(MPTMS)as the modified silicon source for Cr6+adsorption.The conditions about adsorption time,p H value,temperature and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption performance were optimized.The results show that the equilibrium adsorption time of Cr6+is 15 min,the optimum p H is 4.0,and the adsorption performance is stable at 25~45℃.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cr6+was 6.90 mg/g.SBA-15-SH was successfully used in spiked tap water and industrial waste water,and the recovery rate was between 95%and 105%. |
