On February 1,2016,the State Council put forward the "opinions on resolving excess capacity and realizing the development of the coal industry",and the coal industry implemented the supply side structural reform.Due to the influence of national implementation of de capacity policy,coal companies generally have to deal with the competitive pressure of the domestic market,and also need to deal with the global competition in the same field.In the face of complex market environment and high-intensity market competition,scientific implementation of performance appraisal can better realize the enterprise objectives and promote the development of enterprises.First of all,this paper describes the relevant theories of performance management,from the international and domestic perspectives,studies and studies the relevant theories of performance appraisal,clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of performance appraisal for enterprises,provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of performance evaluation system of L company,and clarifies the research methods of employee performance appraisal in L company.Through the study of several main performance appraisal methods,this paper further clarifies the specific methods of employee performance appraisal in L company.Secondly,through detailed investigation and analysis,the basic situation,organizational structure,development strategic objectives and the current situation of performance appraisal of L company are comprehensively mastered.The problems existing in the current performance appraisal of the company are analyzed,and the causes of the existing problems are analyzed in depth,which provides a targeted practical basis for the optimization of the performance appraisal of L company's employees.Thirdly,through the analysis of the existing problems in L company,the paper designs the principle and direction of the optimization of employee performance appraisal in L company,completes the detailed preparatory work,and puts forward the specific optimization scheme,evaluation standard and improvement assessment process based on the key index method and 360 degree performance appraisal method,so as to ensure that the optimized employee performance appraisal scheme can play its due role.In order to ensure the implementation effect,specific safeguard measures are formulated from four aspects of ideology,system,culture and strategy to ensure the implementation of the new performance appraisal system.Hope that through this study for other related enterprises,in the process of performance reform and optimization has the corresponding reference.Especially in the context of the current era,how to do a better job in the internal performance evaluation of enterprises,for enterprises to overcome difficulties,to achieve transformation and upgrading to provide a useful theoretical exploration.
