At present,the online detection and control system of strip cross-section profile applied in industrial production mainly comes from foreign companies.It is urgent to realize independent innovation,research and development of domestic cross-section profile meter and control system,breaking the foreign technology monopoly and replacing the imported meters.The development of domestic cross-section profile meters can also provide the foundation for solving the existing problems of the domestic and foreign profile meters and control systems and support for the quality improvement of the cross-section profile of cold rolled strip.The accurate description and evaluation of the cross-section profile of strip is the basis of the designing control system.The existing theory has the shortcomings of the lack of precision and integrity,and the new description and evaluation method need to be studied.Firstly,the contact measurement devices of point thickness are researched.Three different structures,the platform structure,the stereoscopic structure and the rotary structure,are designed according to the idea of design to experiment to improvement to experiment.The characteristics of each structure are analyzed,and the measurement accuracy of the rotary structure is discussed in detail.Then,considering the shortcomings of the contact thickness measuring devices,a non-contact cross-section profile meter is designed.The sensor and data acquisition system are introduced,and the corresponding hardware structure and software system are designed.The profile meter is calibrated by standard thickness samples,and dynamic and static precision is analyzed based on the measured strip profile,In addition,some reasonable suggestions for further improvement in the future are put forward.Finally,a recognition method of local high spots is proposed on the basis of the accurate description of the strip cross-section profile and the identification method of characteristic parameters,and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation system of the cross-section profile of strip is established.The system allows users to input different key points,and makes full use of the measured data of cross-section profile.In order to validate the effectiveness of the system,the cross-section profiles of the whole coil strip are analyzed and evaluated based on the system.
