For helicopter's key components of the refractory materials,this paper adopts the method of the electrochemical cutting processing.It proposes a scheme of local electrochemical machining method for segmenting redundant materials with special thin electrodes.This scheme realizes the process of helicopter's key components' complex structures.this paper analyzes the structure characteristics of the object to be processed and determines electrochemical cutting methods for three typical helicopters' key components.Thus,I determine the overall scheme design of NC electrochemical cutting machine system.The whole structure of electrolytic cutting machine tool and the structure of thin hollow electrode are designed,and the structure is analyzed by finite element method.It also studies simulation analysis of flow field inside electrode.Finally,I carry out experiments that study effect of processing voltage and feed speed on machining surface quality and comparing the experimental results to get the rule.First of all,this paper analyzes the structure characteristics of the object to be processed and determines electrochemical cutting methods for three typical helicopters' key components.From this,I can get the requirement of working condition and process particularity for electrochemical cutting equipment in the process of electrochemical cutting.On the basis of the above analysis,I determine the overall scheme design of NC electrochemical cutting machine system.The auxiliary system of the electrolytic cutting machine tool is determined,including electrolyte system,power supply system and control system.Secondly,according to the size,structure and processing requirements of the processing object,the corresponding machine tool X/Y/Z/C axis stroke and other parameters are set.The overall structure of the electrolytic cutting machine tool is designed,and the three-dimensional model of the machine tool is built on Solid Works platform.And the finite element analysis of machine tool structure is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.Thirdly,taking a position structure of main propeller connector as an example,the structure of work-piece electrode was designed and analyzed by finite element method.Then the gap flow field model of U-shaped electrode with different stiffener parameters is established.Based on the theory of k-? turbulence model in hydrodynamics,the flow field of machining clearance is solved.I got the rule of the influence of electrode structure on flow field,and got the reasonable electrode structure.Finally,I adopt the experimental method of controlling variables to change the parameters of processing voltage and feed speed respectively for cutting experiments.Then I measured the cutting surface and summarized the measurement data.I get the rule that the slit width increases with the increase of the loading voltage and the feed speed of the electrode.
