Spare part management in manufacturing industry is an important part of enterprise equipment management.That is to say,on the premise of ensuring the production needs,try to reduce the cost of spare parts and spare parts reserve funds.It directly affects the maintenance,repair and rush repair of equipment,and is closely related to the normal production and economic benefits of enterprises.Large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have a large number of machinery and equipment,so the consumption of spare parts which belong to non-production raw materials is very large,and the demand of spare parts has poor regularity and strong randomness,so it is difficult to predict.In particular,the tobacco industry,strict requirements for continuous operation of equipment,will correspondingly improve the availability of spare parts requirements.If we simply increase the inventory quantity of spare parts,it will occupy a lot of funds;If we simply reduce the inventory quantity,the probability of spare parts shortage will increase,so that the damaged parts of the equipment cannot be replaced,and even the production will be stopped,resulting in huge losses.This paper first introduces the spare parts inventory management idea,spare parts inventory classification technology,spare parts life cycle and auxiliary decision-making algorithm of spare parts inventory demand involved in today's spare parts management,and then takes the spare parts inventory management project of QJ cigarette factory as an example to demonstrate the spare parts classification management,life cycle construction,spare parts inventory management As well as the whole process of spare parts inventory demand decision-making,and gives the optimization result analysis.To sum up,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Strengthen the foundation and consolidate the foundation,and carry out the whole life cycle management of spare parts based on two-dimensional code and electronic bar codeIn order to accurately grasp the existing inventory information,assign "two-dimensional code" and "electronic bar code" to spare parts,so as to achieve accurate data and full coverage of all kinds of spare parts in and out of the warehouse.(2)Optimize the process,improve the short board,and establish the management mode of all types of spare partsAt present,according to the different sources,the spare parts of QJ cigarette factory can be divided into the following types: normal purchase and normal warehousing,normal purchase and advance warehousing,unplanned urgent purchase and warehousing,planned urgent purchase and warehousing,etc.the spare parts module of Qu Yan mobile platform only includes normal purchase and normal warehousing,and other types are not included,All types of spare parts management system can cover all types of spare parts from different sources.(3)The auxiliary decision-making model of spare parts is constructed,and the predictive application mode of spare parts is exploredTaking the management of accessories in the rolling and wrapping workshop as an example,there are many kinds of equipment in the rolling and wrapping workshop,and more spare parts are needed.Spare parts inventory management needs to forecast the demand of equipment spare parts,in order to formulate a reasonable procurement strategy,under the premise of optimal inventory,to meet the normal demand of the rolling shop.According to the collection situation of workshop spare parts,combined with the existing historical data,using statistical analysis,the model can realize the independent prediction of similar spare parts.
