Light-curing 3D printing technology is one of the rapid prototyping manufacturing technologies,which plays an important role in process sample manufacturing and mold manufacturing.However,products made by light-curing,especially thin-walled parts,have the problems of low strength and fragile structure due to defects in the performance of the photosensitive resin.For this reason,this paper proposes a new process of implanting metal wires into photosensitive resin for multi-material3 D printing,so as to use the dense metal wires inside the light-cured product to improve the strength of the product,and a five-axis linkage 3D printer was designed based on this process.The main work and innovation results of the dissertation are as follows:(1)After in-depth analysis of the molding principle,process and process characteristics of the light-curing 3D printing technology,a light-curing 3D printing device capable of implanting metal wires was designed,and the hardware design of its control system was completed.(2)Based on the research on the theoretical principles of the transformation of the spatial coordinate system,the kinematics modeling of the five-axis linkage 3D printer was designed,and the forward and inverse kinematics of the kinematics model were solved,which determine five-axis linkage control for variable attitude printing.(3)By use of OSG(Open Scene Graph),a kind of 3D rendering engine,a slicing software with high compatibility and suitable for the designed wire and resin mixed 3D printer was designed.The layering processing algorithm in the slicing software was improved,and the human-computer interaction interface,the reading of three-dimensional models,and isometric offset path planning algorithms were studied and designed.Through the slicing function experiments on multiple 3D models,it was confirmed that the software can correctly generate the geometric data of the slice layer and the NC machining code.(4)The printing experiments were carried out on the developed 3D printer,which verified the process method,device design and related software and algorithms proposed in this paper.In addition,,the experimental samples of the implanted and un-implanted metal wires were printed on the prototype of the developed system,and the improvement of mechanical strength performance after the implantation of the wires was verified through comparative analysis.
