With epoxy chloropropane and phosphoric acid, two series of phosphate ester dispersant was synthesized:one is alkyl alcohol glycerin ether phosphate, the other is glycerin polyoxyethylene ether ether phosphate. The optimum conditions of synthesis of the two kinds of phosphate was obtained by the the orthogonal experiment, of which the differences are that the ratio of epoxy chloropropane to alkyl alcohol and whether the alkali takes part in the reaction in the form of alkaline solution or solid alkali. The IR, MS,1HNMR analysis results of the product proved that it is with the right structure. The surface active properties of the phosphate ester synthesized above was studied and its hydrophile lipophile balance (HLB) value was determined. The HLB value of alkyl alcohol glycerin ether phosphate is between6and10, which is suited to use as wetting agent. And the HLB value of glycerin polyoxyethylene ether ether phosphate is between12and18that is applicable as emulsifying agent and dispersant. Thus, the wetting function of alkyl alcohol glycerin ether phosphate was studied:Its contact angle on the interface of two different hydrophilic were measured, and was compared that with sodium dodecyl sulfate and dodecyl sodium phosphate’s. Then it is concluded that the new synthesis of alkyl alcohol glycerin ether phosphate can be used as good wetting agent. The CMC value of glycerin polyoxyethylene ether ether phosphate was measured and compared with its material. The result is that it enhance the ability of reducing the surface tension of water.Through calculation of Γ Max, AMin, pc20explores the single phosphate surfactant dilute solution of surface adsorption performance. Based on the calculation of the△Hθm、△Gθm、△Sθm, and explores the formation of the thermodynamic properties of micelles in aqueous solution.In addition, through the determination of molecular weight, we take itaconic acid as main monomers and other four kinds of monomers were copolymerized polycarboxylate dispersant,select a suitable dispersant polymer used as preparations,and measurethe CMC value.And with Dodecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether glycerolether phosphate and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether glycerolether phosphate distribution with1:1respectively,determine the cmc value,CalculateβM、 Ps parameters of the distribution system.and finally explore the synergy between the two kinds of synergistic effect.Besides,using the synthesis of phosphate ester surfactants, preparation50%atrazine.,50%,ametryn,45%carbendazim Suspension concentrate, Based on the above formulations dispersion, suspension rate, particle size, viscosity, heat storage stability evaluation,we draw the conclusion that in the preparation of atrazine SC used alone phosphate can achieve good results.In the preparation of ametryn and carbendazim, the effect of dispersion that used with polycarboxylate better than alone dispersion.not only austenite aging phenomenon is not happened,and also suspension rate is greatly improved.
