The Applied Study Of Batik In The Design Of Vegetable Tanned Leather Goods

In recent years,the current situation of environmental degradation has gradually made the concept of environmental protection deeply rooted in the hearts of people.An increasing number of people are pursuing environmental protection and advocating a return to a green life.In this environment,vegetable dyes represented by blue indigo and traditional dyeing process "batik" have once again attracted the attention of the public.At the same time,vegetable tanned leather goods are also favored by consumers because of their natural and crude style.This creation takes the application of batik technology in vegetable tanning leather as the theme for leather design.Through the origin and development of batik technology,aesthetic and cultural connotation,as well as the feasibility analysis of the combination of batik and vegetable tanning leather,experiments of different dyeing time,times and wax temperature were carried out on vegetable tanning leather respectively.On this basis,the anti-dyeing feature of the batik process was extracted and combined with vegetable tanned leather,so as to try to make the batik process appear in front of the public with a new look,in order to find a new way of development.In addition,this also provides a new direction for the development of vegetable tanned leather design,and at the same time makes active explorations for the better survival and development of traditional crafts in the modern environment.
