| For an enterprise,the ability of risk management and control can directly reflect the level of enterprise management.The management ability of the enterprise itself will have a great impact on the enterprise development,project income and market expansion.Therefore,enterprises in project management,need to attach great importance to any link in the project management,so that they can be at ease in the fierce market competition.At present,how to reasonably control the project risk,give full play to the resource advantages in the project management,avoid the risk as much as possible,and reduce the loss for the enterprise after the risk appears,which has gradually become a big problem in the international project management.Therefore,as a project manager,we should attach great importance to the risk management of the project.In the process of research,this paper comprehensively uses the mature risk management theory,and takes the Argo LNG project of Petro China an engineering company as the research object.Through case analysis,fuzzy analysis and other methods,this paper deeply discusses the risks existing in the process of promoting the project,and finally puts forward specific risk management measures.By using the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the possible risks of the project,obtains the specific probability of various risk factors,divides the risk types,and finds out some weak points in the risk management of international engineering projects,which can provide reference for CNPC a company to improve risk prevention and control measures in project management in the future Evaluate project risk factors and provide data reference.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for international engineering project management,effectively improve the risk control ability of CNPC a engineering company,enhance market competitiveness,and promote the development of the company to a new level. |
