In recent years,our country economy presents the momentum of rapid development,along with the speeding up of urban-rural integration,real estate,electricity,communications,aerospace,aviation,etc showed a trend of steadily rising demand for copper consumption,promote the further development of copper processing industry.At the same time,along with the increasingly strong market demand at home and abroad,the industrial standard raise concern,environmental protection,the copper ore resources in China depend on overseas,upstream and downstream industry chain supply structure mismatch caused serious environmental pollution,low resource utilization and innovation of scientific research level is far less than the traditional copper enterprises in China.Yingtan G Copper Co.,Ltd.is a copper processing enterprise that develops and produces copper-based new materials,mainly producing solder,commutator,copper rod,copper strip,copper wire and other copper products.The company is located in yingtan city,jiangxi province,which is the main copper industry base in China,and enjoys unique external environmental advantages such as transportation,resources and industry.At the same time,as a traditional copper processing enterprises mainly through rough copper processing and other ways to obtain profits,profit model is single.With fierce internal competition in the copper industry and the general trend of homogenization of copper processing products,the company is also faced with a series of problems such as a decline in market share,weak core technology of products,inadequate cost control and lower comprehensive utilization rate of resources.The author chooses strategic management as the research direction and Yingtan G Copper Company as an epitome of China's copper processing enterprises.As the research object of this paper,through field visit and research,the relevant data of local copper industry and relevant materials of individual enterprises are selected,and PEST analysis,Five Forces Model and other models are reasonably used to analyze the external development strategic environment of Yingtan G Copper Company one by one.In addition,by using SWOT analysis tool to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Yingtan G Copper Company,analyze and compare the most suitable strategic choice of Yingtan G Copper Company and develop the corresponding strategic measures,for the company's managers in the choice of future development strategy to expand ideas,provide reference.Through the implementation of this development strategy,it is convenient for the enterprise to make full use of its strengths and avoid weaknesses.On the basis of giving full play to its own advantages,it can reduce the disadvantages brought by external threats as far as possible,so as to realize the steady and long-term development of the company.At the same time,it provides useful reference for other small and medium-sized copper processing enterprises to formulate their own development strategies in the fierce competition.
