Due to the economic downturn and the country to the production capacity of the policy requirements and environmental issues become increasingly prominent,making the coal industry more and more cold winter.Therefore,the competition between enterprises and enterprises by reducing cost and increasing efficiency requirements are more than ever greater pressure.And sales staff as the first line staff to achieve enterprise value is extremely important part,so only to mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the sales staff,in order to drive the work of the entire enterprise atmosphere.The paper analyzes the market performance evaluation of the Pingzhuang Energy sales company,It is found that there are a series of problems in the performance appraisal of the Pingzhuang Energy sales company,such as the imperfect performance index system and the lack of effective feedback system,.The problem is due to lack of job analysis and imperfect performance management system.Firstly,KPI is used to design the performance appraisal system of the marketing department of Pingzhuang Energy sales company.The analysis is made from the three levels of enterprises,departments and positions.Secondly,the paper puts forward the implementation plan and guarantee condition of performance appraisal system.Finally,the direction of employee's effort is consistent with the company's goal.
