The textile industry is the traditional pillar industry of our national economy.With the rapid increase in demand for jacquard fabrics,it also puts forward higher requirements for its quality.Jacquard machine is the key equipment for product production.The number of jacquard machine components in domestic enterprises is slow due to the slow assembly efficiency.In order to ensure the efficiency and quality of jacquard machine assembly,it is necessary to carry out automatic transformation of textile machinery and establish an automatic assembly line for key components.At present,the production line is still manually assembled,and parts and components need to be micro-oiled.Manual lubrication will cause uneven lubrication due to personal emotions,fatigue,and other factors,which will interfere with the electromagnet,a key component of the jacquard machine,causing the jacquard rate to decrease,and high-temperature gluing will be formed during the high-speed operation of the jacquard machine.In order to make the key parts of the jacquard machine quantitatively and accurately oil,and realize the intelligent production of industrial automation,there is an urgent need for intelligent machinery to replace its oil injection process in order to achieve the purpose of rapid,accurate and quantitative oil injection.This article briefly describes the development status of automatic assembly lines at home and abroad,and studies the automatic oil injection systems in domestic and foreign assembly lines.Combined with the current problem that the actual production line of the company cannot guarantee the oil injection volume of 0.006 g,the design is based on the process and function analysis.The mechanical structure and micro-feed control system in the quantitative oil injection system in the automatic assembly line of jacquard machine components.Use Solidworks software to model the three-dimensional oil injection mechanism,and use the Simulation plug-in to perform finite element analysis on the model of each component to improve the stability of the overall mechanism.Kinematics simulation of the oil injection mechanism is carried out through ADAMS to enhance the feasibility of the equipment.In the control system design,in order to solve the problem that the oil injection volume is difficult to control,this paper uses the programmable controller as the core to build a closed-loop control system to realize the micro-feed control of the screw rod,test the common speed control algorithm to meet the experimental requirements,and make each work unit operate reasonably.Realize the function of quantitative oil injection.The system has been experimentally operated and debugged,and the mechanical structure and control method adopted can achieve precise quantitative oil injection,adapt to the automatic assembly line and basically meet the production needs.Not only the structure is stable,the performance is good,the centralized management is convenient,but also the oil injection accuracy and assembly efficiency can be greatly improved,and the labor cost can be reduced.The realization of automatic oil injection for the assembly of the jacquard machine has strong practical significance for the automation of the assembly of textile parts and components and the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises.
