"Major security risks" have been the focus of attention in the security field in recent years.The state has clarified the management and control requirements of major safety risks for some high-risk industries,and some regions and some industries have implemented relevant standards.In order to improve the safety management level of iron and steel enterprises,this thesis conducts in-depth research on "what are the major safety risks of iron and steel enterprises" and "how to control major safety risks of iron and steel enterprises" based on the principles of risk management.Through the construction of major safety risk determination reference indicators,combined with the actual production situation of the enterprise,after investigation,analysis and optimization,a major safety risk determination index system for iron and steel enterprises is obtained,and major safety risks in the production process of the enterprise are determined.Taking "risk" and "causes that may lead to risk" as the purpose of analysis,use JHA work hazard analysis,HAZOP hazard and operability analysis,FMEA failure type and impact analysis,and ESA energy source analysis methods to identify hazards.According to the identification results and the major safety risk determination index system,the risks whose risk values are ranked in the range of [0%,20%] from high to low are determined as major safety risks.At the same time,according to the current relevant national regulations and standards,it is determined that the related risks involving major hazards or special operations and the related risks that may cause more than 10 casualties are major safety risks.And combined with the characteristics of iron and steel enterprises to simulate the severity of the consequences of gas leakage accidents and converter explosion accidents,and the results meet the requirements for major safety risk determination.Two types of major safety risks of iron and steel enterprises are selected,and the FTA fault tree analysis method is adopted to analyze the risk factors that may lead to accidents.The analysis results are divided into normal situations,hidden dangers and emergency situations.Through the calculation of minimum cut set,minimum path set and structural importance,high-level incidents and control measures that can effectively prevent major security risks are obtained,and enterprise safety management is formed Measures and related documents to improve the safety management level of steel enterprises.The major safety risk determination methods and control measures proposed in the paper provide theoretical basis and operational guidance for companies to carry out major safety risk management and control work,and they have a certain versatility and practicality.Other industries can use the theories and methods obtained in this research as reference and reference to carry out major security risk control related work and develop major security risk management methods suitable for their own industries or enterprises.Due to the relatively large workload of the subject and the limitation of the author's knowledge,it is still necessary to conduct further research and discussion on major safety risk related issues,and explore more rigorous major safety risk determination and control theoretical methods.
