| Major and extremely serious safety accident,what happened suddenly and is harmful to society,easily turns into the social focus and pain points,and the risks of public sentiment it may cause easily evolve into unsteadiness affecting social security and disturbing public order.With the development of the Internet,that risk will become more complicated and dangerous.It’s significant to evaluate the risks of network public sentiment in major and extremely serious safety accident and improve the risk prevent and resolution mechanism.This paper draws on the knowledge of communication,sociology management,statistics and other subjects,and structures an evaluation index system of the risks of network public sentiment in major and extremely serious safety accident.Then we evaluates the index with a variety of analysis methods,so that it can provide reference to appraise the risks of network public sentiment in major and extremely serious safety accident.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the background,significance,content and method and specially analysis the research status.The second part explains the core concepts and related theories involved in this paper.The third part is about basic principles and research methods in the process of the index system construction.In the forth part,we identify various influencing factors and construe the index system with Delphi.The fifth part is the comprehensive assessment of the index system,combining AHP and Pareto analysis.In the sixth part,we mainly summarize the research.In this research,we finally complete the index system,which totally includes 42 indicators.The results show that the hazard degree of the accident is the most important influencing factor.Among the first level indicators,the object of public sentiment is the most important,the subject and the environment of public sentiment are less important,and the importance of dissemination is relatively minimal.So we should attach importance to various indicators to different degrees. |
