The ring gear is one of the important structures in the high-power transmission system.In order to ensure the stability of the transmission and the service life of the ring gear,the material properties and processing technology of the ring gear are particularly important.Because the ring gear usually has a large hole diameter,thin wall and low rigidity,it is prone to processing deformation and affect its processing accuracy after being affected by multiple factors such as cutting force,cutting heat,residual stress,and fixtures during the cutting process.The thesis aims at the problems of high strength and hardness of 42 CrMo ring gear,high cutting force,high cutting temperature and fast tool wear during the process of gear shaping,resulting in large ring gear deformation and difficult to guarantee the surface roughness of the tooth surface.Using finite element simulation,combined with Gear cutting test,to study the influence of gear cutting parameters on the cutting force,cutting temperature,machining deformation and surface roughness of 42 CrMo ring gear.The optimization algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model to find reasonable gear cutting parameters for 42 CrMo ring gear.The tooth processing process provides reference for improving processing efficiency and ensuring processing quality.The main research work of the paper includes:(1)Analyze the impact of chip formation and cutting parameters on cutting force and cutting temperature during the ring gear shaping process,and establish a gear shaping cutter tooth model and workpiece cogging based on the kinematics principle and gear meshing principle of gear shaping machining Model;The finite element simulation software is used to simulate the machining process of the 42 CrMo ring gear,and the influence of the cutting parameters on the cutting force and cutting temperature is explored.(2)Based on the uniform design test,carry out 42 CrMo ring gear shaper machining test to study the effect of cutting parameters on the ring gear deformation and surface roughness in the actual machining process;based on the cutting test results,use the DPS data processing system to analyze the interpolation by stepwise regression The influence of tooth cutting parameters on the surface roughness and deformation of the ring gear is established.A ring deformation model and a surface roughness model are established.(3)With the machining time and surface roughness as the optimization targets and the ring gear deformation as a constraint,a multi-objective optimization model of the gear shaping processing parameters is established,and the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the solution,which provides guidance for the selection of 42 CrMo gear ring gear cutting parameters.
