Research On Project Contract Management Of N Company Under EPC Mode

Engineering projects play an important role in the development of national economy and the efficiency of engineering contracting enterprises,the higher level of contract management is the source of the development and benefit of the project contracting enterprises.With the enhancement of market barriers to high-end engineering construction,It is also a good choice to choose the favorable contracting mode and improve the contract management ability when it is difficult to break through the technical bottleneck.In order to implement EPC contract management better,the paper will analysis mode of EPC,current situation of contract management that overseas and domestic research status,using literature research project management,model of project contract,contract management,and other basic theory knowledge.By using the method of practical research,I went to N company for field investigation and on-site investigation of contract management,summarized the current situation and main practices of EPC project contract management of N company,and analyzed the problems in the process of contract management from three parts: contract management system,general contract management and subcontract management.According to the N company contract management overall situation and problems in contract management,put forward the way to solve the problem from the subcontract management and general contract management,the above two schemes,optimize the contract management under EPC mode of offshore oil and gas K project that N company contracted by using the improved scheme,through the flow chart method to improve the contract management system.Using the thinking method to comprehensively and precisely optimize the application of the general contract from four stages: contract preparation,contract signing,modification of contract and contract effect evaluation.From contract preparation,contract signing,contract presentation,contract performance,modification and termination,contract settlement,contract filing,statistics and analysis,contract effect evaluation,use the above seven processes to sort out the whole process of subcontract scientifically and accurately,and supplemented by the organization,technology and system of triple supporting measures,to ensure the contract management with EPC mode will implement smoothly.Hope to improve the contract management level of EPC mode of N company and enhance the enterprise’s reputation in the industry through the research content of this paper.Also has the reference significance to the same profession enterprise,and promote China’s engineering construction enterprises to go abroad and obtain a broader space for development.
