spontaneous,attached to the traditional folk customs,with life practicality as the main;After the founding of the People's Republic of China,a number of guidelines and policies were introduced,among which there was no lack of guidance and guidance for folk art.As one of the important forms of folk art,the style of folk paper cutting has also changed accordingly,which is imprinted with the mark of The Times.Helen papercutting is one of them.Since the fall of the puppet Manchukuo in 1945 and the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,there have been many changes in the themes,styles,shapes,management mechanisms,inheritance methods and other aspects of his creation,which are inseparable from the relevant policies of contemporary society.These changes are in common with the development characteristics of many areas of China's folk paper-cutting changes.Therefore,this paper chooses Helen's paper cutting as the research object,and takes time as the clue to see the development characteristics of paper cutting in the context of contemporary policy.Selecting some of the political,economic and cultural policies that have an impact on Helen's papercutting,using the method of literature research,field investigation and imaging as a whole,trying to sort out and analyze the development process of Helen's paper-cutting from the horizontal and vertical angles:Horizontal analysis of Helen's paper-cutting and folk culture,social background of the relationship;Vertically combing the development track of Helen's paper-cut from the Qing Dynasty to the the direction for China's cultural construction in the new era,and Helen's paper cutting has been further developed under the guidance of Hong Kong policies.Based on the above five stages of the century-old development history of Hailun paper-cutting,this paper aims to clarify the development characteristics of the creation theme,style and operation mode at each stage.The article is divided into three parts:introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction includes:First,the significance of the topic is summarized.Second,the research object and main categories of the topic are defined;Third,to sort out the research review of the topic;Fourthly,explain the research ideas of this paper;Fifth,the research innovation and shortcomings of this paper are analyzed.The main body
