Qigu Formation Reservoir in K6 area has been developed for 25 years.The analysis about oil reservoir development process and production status reveals that the biggest problem is the anisotropism and large channel cause to the suction profile inhomogeneity and the frequent steam channeling and water breakthrough.Serious heat loss and inefficient steam drive conductivity lead to the decline of the overall development effect of oil field.In recent years,the high temperature profile control to this area made some good effects.But the problems of limited plugging agent,high cost and short validity period still exist.The technique of deep profile control is the important way of solving the large channel channeling problem.While the study on Cross-well Dynamic Tracer Monitoring in Qigu Formation Reservoir of K6 area proves that the ground channeling is formation pore.Therefore,the way of combining the deep profile control and integral profile control was used to solve the problem in K6 Area.This essay studies on high temperature profile control system plugging agent which is formed by 4 plugging agents,such as high temperature plugging agent for oil recovery sludge,high temperature resistant polymer gel and selling water shutoff agent.Also,4 steam injection well groups were selected and the integral profile control test has been conducted on-site.According to the tracer test results before and after the project,after the high temperature profile control system plugging agent under construction,the problem of steam penetration has been greatly improved.It proves that the high temperature profile control system plugging agent can solve the problem between interlayer and in-layer steam injection,and increase the steam injection efficiency,steam injection wave and coefficient.From the analysis in the whole K Area,such as increasing formation deficit,frequent steam channeling,serious water breakthrough,and high rate of steam flooding water content which lead to the decreasing of the overall oil field profits,we learned that conduct the overall profile control by block,not only the problems among the oil-water wells can be solved,but also,the overall development effect of reservoir will be improved,the composite water cut will be decreased,and the economic benefits will be increased.On the small size experiment of 4 well groups implemented plugging in K6 Area in 2017,this way works well.
