It can be seen from the survey that the proportion of carbonate reservoir production in China increases year by year,mainly concentrated in tarim basin.Its estimated resource volume is about 1.7 billion tons,with great potential.Halahatang oilfield has proven reserves of about 400 million tons,and has built a large oilfield with an annual output of 1 million tons.Due to the complexity of oil and water distribution law,reservoir heterogeneity and reservoir type,the reserve utilization degree is low and well production cycle is short,which brings great challenges to the stable production of the oilfield.This paper focuses on the following aspects: 1)research on dynamic and static evaluation method of fractured and cavernous reservoir;2)establishment of the conceptual model and research on the development mechanism of typical single-well fracture-hole element;3)establishment of the conceptual model and research on the development mechanism of typical multi-well fracture-hole element;4)research on development technology policies by reservoir,type and stage,and the main research methods are as follows : 1)research on reservoir evaluation methods;2)technical policy research on the classified development of single well fracture and hole units;3)dynamic and static comprehensive characterization and injection-production mechanism research of typical fracture and hole elements;4)research on technical policies for reservoir,shunt and stage development.In short,the halahaitang fracture-cavern carbonate reservoir has the characteristics of "one well,one reservoir" and is highly heterogeneous.In order to realize efficient reservoir development,dynamic and static evaluation and development technology policy research are the most effective methods and technical means,which provide technical reference for similar reservoir development.
