As the improvement of people's living standards and environment, China's cabinet industry has made considerable progress in the short span of ten years of time, regardless of the size of a product, manufacturing process and level of materials application and other aspects,. However, there are still many problems, such as the low level of standardization of product manufacturing, The good and the bad are intermingled in product quality and so on.At present, slot and hole of hardware for China's cabinet doors wood processing mainly uses single-axis or multi-axis drill woodworking drill etc., but this processing method has low productivity, automation and processing accuracy and could no longer meet the requirements. In China there is still no numerical control equipment to use specializing in the production of slot and hole for cabinet doors hardware, in order to solve the shortcomings in traditional processing, a dedicated cupboard doors CNC processing equipment for slot and hole of hardware is urgent needed to design.In this paper, a typical cabinet door is used as the processing objects, through the analysis of structural features of cupboard doors, this paper discusses the whole design process and processing technology of the numerical control special machine tools. By analyzing the principles and methods of locating and clamping for NC machining slot and hole of cabinet doors hardware, a special symmetrical clamp device has been designed, so that all of processing operations can be completed in the case of clamping the workpiece one-time.In this design, the main movement system uses the form of direct high-speed electric-spindle drill to achieve drilling campaign. Feeding system consists of a horizontal feed machines (X direction), vertical feed (Y direction) and vertical feed (Z direction) component. The whole process achieves cabinet door hinge hole, handle hole, keyhole, and blind hole processing in the case of a one-time setup for the locate clamping mechanism in the case of a one-time setup, through the machine's X, Y, Z axis linkage.The motion models of the entire NC machine have been established in the Pro/E environment, and the analysis of motion simulation for models have been made, which will provide the guidance for practical production of cabinet doors.The design and research of this article forms a new technology in the cupboard door processing and enhances our level of CNC woodworking machinery and provides a new idea for the development of woodworking machinery.
