With the decrease of offshore oil and gas resources in the world,oil extracted from deep sea has become a necessary mean to alleviate the energy crisis,stinger system is one of the important part in deep-sea oil and gas exploitation.Because deep-sea environment is complex,it is difficult for conventional stinger to complete the laying of submarine pipelines.Meanwhile,the monopoly of related technology by foreign companies leads to imperfect domestic research and development.Therefore,the paper proposes to study the flexible,adjustable stinger system for deep-sea operations.The paper uses analytic hierarchy process to analyze and compare three typical driving mechanisms of large offshore petroleum equipment,and select the best mechanism to realize the extension of stinger system.According to the industry specification and basic requirement,the key parts of stinger system,such as pipe section,hydraulic mechanism and roller device,are designed and studied in detail to make it easy to assemble and disassemble,and have strong interchangeability.Work principle of stinger system in pipe laying operation is drawn up,and kinematics analysis is carried out by ADAMS to ensure the reasonable movement and stability of stinger system.The mechanical analysis and verification of stinger system mainly considers three parts:roller device,stinger segment above water and stinger segment beneath water.In Workbench,roller device in static and which supports pipeline are analyzed and compared.Combined with static and transient dynamic analysis method,stress distribution and variation of each pipe segment are looked over.The influence of non-uniform motion to stress is analyzed by setting motion parameters in different periods.On the basis of conventional finite element analysis,the influence of marine environment on the stinger segment beneath water should be fully considered,and RAO of pipeline should be obtained in AQWA.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of pipeline laying operation,response parameters should be set to check the variation of hull pressure in regular waves and wave height in surrounding sea area.Because of the complicated,changeable marine environment,GUI is used to develop software to simulate the shape of pipeline,optimize the position of roller and calculate wave force through operation interface,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of analysis.
