MMA plant and SAR plant belongs to petrochemical plant,which the production environment is an explosion hazardous area,and the connection between the process units are very close,for a tiny problem may disrupt the key production links and resulting in economic losses.So,the design of the petrochemical plant substation plays an important part in the whole plant engineering.The design of this plant substation is related to the MMA plant and SAR plant running stable,safe and reliable,also,related to the steady development of the national economy.According to the characteristics of the MMA plant and SAR plant,the power supply and distribution design in this substation guarantees the continuity,flexibility and safety of the power supply system,and the design of the integrated automation system realizes the unattended substation of the plant.However,the unattended substation depends on the reliability of the integrated automation system,so this thesis selects the appropriate analysis method and analyzes the reliability of the integrated automation system which has been designed in this thesis.This substation which design for MMA plant and SAR plant is significant to realizing the industrial automation by reduces labor costs and human error,and guarantee workers' safety.The goal of this thesis is to design an unattended plant substation for MMA plant and SAR plant which have a good continuity of power supply and high reliability of automation,and then applied to engineering practice eventually.The research and the innovations are as follows:1.Propose a power supply and distribution method by analysis the MMA plant and the SAR plant.2.By knowing of the parameters and power conditions from the regional substations,and the loads of the MMA plant and the SAR plant,carry out a series of analysis and calculation by take the power supply and distribution method in this thesis,and then select and verify the primary equipment based on the results of the calculations.3.Propose an integration of the secondary system method,realizing monitoring and management in this unattended substation from regional substations.4.By select the appropriate analysis method,compare probability of the same top event with redundant and non-redundant with this integrate automation system,come to a conclusion that the redundant structure has a highly reliability than non-redundant structure and this structure play an important role in unattended substation.The research and design the power supply and distribution system and the integrated automation system in this thesis,meet the requirements of the project and comply with national standards and regulations.The power supply and distribution system running well,and the real-time screen monitoring data accuracy since September 2019,it is representative in similar projects of petrochemical enterprises,and reflecting the value of application.
