Research On The Design Of Office Furniture For Clerks Based On Kano QFD Integrated Model

Under the background of Industry 4.0,technological products and innovative furniture products are booming.As the times progress,clerks are an important part of modern enterprises and institutions.More new types of clerical office furniture are needed to meet daily office needs.In-depth research on the needs of clerical users can enhance the market competitiveness of clerical office furniture.This paper uses the Kano-QFD integrated model to analyze and research the clerical office furniture shape design,storage space,leisure and entertainment,relief of lumbar muscle strain,office productivity auxiliary improvement,manufacturing process,etc.,mainly including clerk demand survey,Kano model qualitative analysis The analysis,the analysis of the importance of user requirements,the two-dimensional matrix of the QFD house of quality,the importance of design requirements and design practices,etc.,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Closed survey and open survey were conducted for 260 clerks,and through KJ method induction analysis,user demand levels were obtained and classified into functional demand,emotional demand,and technical demand,three first-level demand levels,increasing admission Space,protect lumbar muscles,improve office efficiency and have both leisure and entertainment functions,including 27 secondary demand levels.(2)The study consists of two parts: Kano model and QFD theory.The Kano model is used to qualitatively analyze the user’s excitement and expectation needs.Based on the results of the Kano model,data such as the comprehensive evaluation value of clerical needs and the ideal improvement rate of clerical satisfaction were calculated and analyzed.Quantitative analysis using the QFD House of Quality theory method,and input the results of the Kano model data into the QFD House of Quality,to obtain three levels of design requirements: functional design,emotional element design,and technological design.Design requirements for 20 secondary levels,such as spatial differentiation design,establish a two-dimensional matrix of QFD correlations,and output design requirements in order of importance.The qualitative and quantitative analysis results of Kano-QFD integrated model are obtained.(3)Analyze the advantages of the Kano-QFD integrated model for clerical office furniture with the purpose of user source research,summarize the three principles of clerical office furniture design: functional comfort principles,emotional artistic principles,and craft structural principles The design goals of ergonomics,leisure and entertainment,lumbar relaxation,and office efficiency improvement of office furniture were carried out through case design practices,and three sets of "L","Y",and "I" clerical office furniture were designed.Based on the design evaluation and comparative analysis of Kano-QFD integrated model clerical office furniture and traditional clerical office furniture,it is concluded that the user satisfaction of clerical office furniture based on the Kano-QFD integrated model reached 96.75%,95.18%,and 95.11%respectively Both are higher than the traditional clerical office furniture,verifying the rationality and scientificity of the Kano-QFD integrated model for clerical office furniture,providing data support for clerical office furniture theoretical research,and enhancing the clerical office furniture’s competitiveness in the office furniture market.
