At this stage,with the rapid development of economic level and the enhancement of health awareness,users pay more and more attention to the management of physical and mental health and body.In addition,in 2020,the covid-19 epidemic spread rapidly in the world,which makes more users join the fitness army.Because only home-based exercise,the vast majority of users choose to use the home treadmill for exercise,so the consumption in the home treadmill is increasing,at the same time,the design of the home treadmill is more and more concerned.As a kind of fitness product that can exercise at home at any time,the home treadmill has a very good market sales and development space.However,with the rapid development of the household treadmill industry,some problems such as poor user experience,inconvenient operation,floor space,too boring to persist in the running process are exposed.Therefore,it is the key to explore the core needs of users,optimize user experience and improve user satisfaction.This paper starts from the user's standpoint,after a lot of user research in the early stage,then with the help of the fuzzy Kano model method,through the calculation and screening to get the core needs of users for the home treadmill,combined with the design principles of the home treadmill,human-machine dimensions and other aspects,it carries out the design of the home treadmill that can mobilize the enthusiasm of users to exercise,improve the user experience and other aspects,So as to improve the satisfaction of users to the home treadmill,and also improve the utilization rate and purchase rate of users to the home treadmill.At the beginning of the paper,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified,and the research status of domestic and foreign home treadmill is analyzed.Then through the methods of market research,questionnaire,observation and in-depth interview with users,we get the problems of users when using the home treadmill,and get the users' attention to the home treadmill.Then,taking the fuzzy Kano model as the template,the market questionnaire survey of the fuzzy Kano model is carried out,and the user's requirements for the fuzzy Kano model are calculated,and the product design requirements are finally determined.Then according to the obtained design requirements,combined with human-machine dimensions,design principles and so on,the design concept of the home treadmill is proposed,the design goal is determined,and the design scheme of the home treadmill is completed.Finally,the ergonomics software makereal3d soergo is used to analyze the 3D model of the final design scheme.This paper mainly solves the problems of occupation of land,inconvenient operation,boring running process,idle and so on.It also optimizes the experience and service of the product,and improves the satisfaction of users.
