| Chinese society is transforming from high speed consumption to high quality consumption.The basic needs of consumers have changed dramatically.They are no longer satisfied with the functions of products.With its excellent cleaning ability,electric toothbrush began to grab market share in the field of oral cleaning and care.With the addition of a large amount of capital,electric toothbrush fell into a vicious circle of homogenization.Excellent electric toothbrush design can improve the product competitiveness,stand out from the numerous products in the market circulation,and maintain the market growth rate and profit space of the enterprise.CMF design is to solve the design problem through the reasonable application of product color,material and surface treatment process,which can bring great benefits with very little investment.However,the traditional CMF design has little contact with consumers and cannot accurately grasp the emotional needs of consumers.Based on the theories and methods of Kansei Engineering,this paper constructed a new CMF design process for electric toothbrush,and explored a feasible way to design an electric toothbrush that meets the psychological needs of consumers.The research content is mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Research Status Combing: Through searching and analyzing domestic and foreign literatures on electric toothbrush design,CMF design and Kansei Engineering,the research status in the corresponding fields was understood,and the thinking and framework of the whole research was formulated.(2)Comb of basic theories: through a large number of reading of CMF design and Kansei Engineering literature,the definition,core theories and research methods of CMF design and Kansei Engineering were summarized,and the relationship between color,material and surface treatment technology in CMF design and sensibility was summarized.(3)To construct the CMF design process of electric toothbrush: Through analyzing the research process of CMF design and Kansei Engineering,to find the joint point between the two,to construct the CMF design process of electric toothbrush based on Kansei Engineering.(4)CMF design element analysis of electric toothbrush: experts in the field of electric toothbrush were invited to form a research group,and the main design features of electric toothbrush were determined through questionnaire survey and market product analysis,and the CMF design elements influencing the generation of perceptual image of electric toothbrush were deeply explored.(5)Electric toothbrush design practice and evaluation: In the design and development of female electric toothbrush,the CMF design process of electric toothbrush based on Kansei Engineering constructed in this paper was applied.The prime minister positioned the electric toothbrush market through questionnaire survey and user interview,and built the role model of female electric toothbrush users.Secondly,factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to obtain the representative emotional image vocabulary of female electric toothbrush.Then the CMF design elements are transformed into scientific and reasonable experimental samples by orthogonal experimental design method.Finally,the relationship between CMF design elements and perceptual image vocabulary of female electric toothbrush was analyzed by multiple linear regression to guide the completion of design practice,and the design evaluation was conducted based on the existing products in the market. |
