Early childhood is a key period of human character construction, early childhood education directly affects the child's future. Educational toys is not only a kind of toy but also a kind of teaching aids. It is an important tool for kindergarten teachers to cultivate children's learning interest, stimulate children's creativity and enhance children's physique in teaching activities. Therefore, in the kindergarten education process, educational toys occupy a pivotal position. However, there are many domestic educational toys can't fully meet the kindergarten children's development needs of the heart,Also can not satisfy the kindergarten teacher to educational toys perceptual demand very well. In this study, the kindergarten children and teachers of the sensibility needs of educational toys as a starting point, based on the theory of Kansei engineering, this paper uses the methods of interview, questionnaire,experiment and observation to analyze and research the data and results. Depth, extraction of educational toys design elements of the design as a foothold to explore the kindergarten children and teachers to meet the sensibility needs of the design.In this paper, Combined with the development of educational toys at home and abroad the status quo, the establishment of the purpose and significance of research, research content and research methods. Then, a brief overview of kindergarten educational toys, and analysis of Kansei engineering design methods. Secondly, based on the Kansei engineering design method, the author analyzes the sensibility needs of the kindergarten educational toys,including collecting and selecting the kindergarten educational toys 'vocabulary, selection of educational toy samples, the semantic difference scale was established, experimental data analysis. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the sensibility needs of kindergarten children, including the physical and mental development characteristics of kindergarten children and their sensibility needs for playing teaching aids, the perceptual analysis of color, material and form of children's educational toys, and synthesizes the sensibility needs of teachers and children.Extract the design elements of teaching aids. Finally, the extracted design elements are applied to the educational toys design examples, and then through the semantic difference measure method to verify whether this kindergarten educational toys meet the needs of teachers and children.
