Study On The Interconstruction Between Traditional Salt Producing Technology And Society In Yuncheng Salt Pond

Yuncheng salt pond has a long history of production and has a very close relationship with the lives of local people.The salt production technology in Yuncheng salt pond in different periods and local socio-economic,political,cultural factors are mutually constructed,forming a unique salt culture in Yuncheng,which has become a strong support for local economy.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the mutual relationship between traditional salt production technology and social factors and to interpret the connotation of salt culture.This paper aims at the history of traditional salt production technology in Yuncheng.From the perspective of technology and society,the relationship between them is studied and analyzed.Then,the traditional salt making technology in different periods is placed in the black box.The focus of this paper is not the content of salt production technology in different periods but focuses on the investigation of the mutual relationship between traditional salt making technology and some factors of society Department.According to this research idea,this paper includes the following six parts,which are the introduction,the four chapters of the thesis theme content,and the conclusion.In the introduction,the paper mainly elaborates the background,purpose,significance,and research methods of this paper.At the same time,it summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories and references.The first chapter is to discuss the relationship between traditional technology and sociology,such as technology determinism,social construction theory,technology social interaction theory,and so on.It expounds the new theoretical basis used in this paper: the mutual construction and symbiosis between technology and society.Based on the theory of technology and social interaction,this paper studies the mutual structure of traditional salt production technology and society in salt pond.The second chapter focuses on the mutual structure of traditional salt production technology and economy in different periods.Salt production technology promotes the economic development,and at the same time,the economic development also stimulates the continuous renewal of salt production technology.The third chapter analyzes and demonstrates the mutual construction relationship between salt production technology and politics in different periods,mainly expounds the mutual construction and influence of salt production technology and politics in Yuncheng in different periods.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the influence of salt production technology on the cultural development and concept change of Yuncheng area in different periods.On the other hand,culture also permeates in the continuous renewal of salt production technology,which constitutes the local unique salt production technology culture and promotes the development of social culture.The conclusion part,based on a comprehensive and profound analysis of the whole text,reveals that salt production technology and society are not only a relationship between technology socialization and social technology,but also not only the relationship between technology and social interaction.The relationship between them is that technology is integrated into society,and society is also integrated into technology,which is a symbiosis of technology and society.Based on this,the theoretical content of technology and social structure theory is extracted,and the symbiosis of its mutual construction is discussed,which enriches the relevant theories of technology sociology.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the mutual structure of salt production technology and society in different stages of Yuncheng salt pool history.This paper holds that the development of salt production technology in Yuncheng salt pond is inseparable symbiosis with regional economy,politics,and culture.Technology and society interact and restrict each other in the continuous practice.In fact,the former theories of technology determinism and technology social construction still put technology and society into a dualistic opposite angle for thinking and exploration.This study has a certain promotion effect on breaking through the traditional dualistic thinking in the West and building the technology sociology theory which conforms to the practical logic of our country based on Chinese systematic thought.
