As a discrete manufacturing industry,printing industry urgently needs to transition to digitization,networking and intelligence.In order to realize the intelligence of printing process,there is a necessity to deeply integrate printing equipment with industrial Internet,artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies,and apply them to the production and process control of printing plants to improve the production efficiency of equipment and reduce the fault rate,so as to realize the interconnection of multi-directional and multi-dimensional digital information.Since the workshops of printing enterprise contain many sophisticated heterogeneous equipment and many kinds of factors directly affect the equipment status and printing quality,such as operating parameters,status parameters and environmental parameters.Therefore,it is of importance to realize the data acquisition and condition monitoring of printing equipment.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that printing enterprises have relatively poor perception of equipment status,this paper selects the vibration parameters of printing machine drum components,the temperature information of oven and the tension data of winding and unwinding as the parameter indexes affecting the health status of printing equipment,and uses the entropy weight method and AHP to calculate the comprehensive weight of each parameter index,By introducing the concept of deterioration degree as the normalized health degree of each parameter index,the fusion of each parameter index is completed based on the improved D-S evidence theory,and the validity test is carried out when the maximum membership principle is used to make decisions on the overall state evaluation results of the equipment,which improves the comprehensive state evaluation method of printing equipment based on multi-sensor fusion.(2)Based on the communication of Labview,Java platform and Mysql database,the PC and mobile printing equipment monitoring system is designed and developed according to the permissions of four different roles in printing enterprises.PC acquisition and monitoring system includes data acquisition,data storage,status evaluation,information visualization,fault alarm,data analysis and other functions,meanwhile the mobile remote monitoring system includes real-time device monitoring,data reading,alarm recording,energy consumption analysis and other functions.Each function of the system will be displayed through four interfaces:enterprise decision maker,equipment manager,production technician and equipment user.(3)In order to solve the problem that most of the equipment of printing enterprises come from different manufacturers,which has differences include different degrees of intelligence,inconsistent communication protocols and data interfaces.This paper studies the data transmission model based on Industrial Ethernet communication technology.Taking the PRD220ELS paper gravure printing machine and KS-60T press of Shaanxi Beiren Printing Machinery Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the vibration of the cylinder of the printing machine is collected by using the non-contact laser displacement sensor and data acquisition card,and the control parameters in the PLC of the printing machine and the post press equipment are collected by using the Ethernet communication technology,The validity of data acquisition and transmission model and state evaluation method is verified by experiments.
