As an important energy and high-quality chemical raw materials,oil is an important strategic inaterial which impacts on people's livelihood.As an important tool for underground work,packers can be applied to drilliag,workover,completion and other fields.With the development of oil recovery technology recently,all major oil fields which still in use has been significantly behind,however re-drilling is bound to increase the cost of mining.The through-tubing technology can be used to detect and repair the deformation and damage of the oil well based on the original oil well which has been long-term used.Through-tubing packer can be used for maintenace and telinical improvement of existed oil wells which breaks the application limitation of conventional packer.It can set at aimed formation throughing the tubing,so that the cost of dismantling the ground equipment can be exempted,the risk of damage of the formation can be eliminated,and the service life of oil well and yield can be improved,Throughing cooperating with the domestic petroleum logging company,the project decides to design and develop the through-tobing packer based on the analysis of the expected domestic oil industry demand.Combining with modern design method and CAE technology,the mechanical structure of packer has been designed,each component has been calculated and simulated.Basing on the analysis result the test of key parts is verified,in order to ensure the safety of the whole structure.In this paper,the overall structural design,virtual assembly and motion simulation has been carried out for the through-tubing packer;all components of mechanical properties have been checked,throughing the contrast of theoretical calculation and test results which ensures that the structure of desgin can meet the requirements of the technical indicators;by using finite element software,the deformation and contact stress distribtion of sealing assembly and anchoring assembly has been got,which has verified the rubber cylinder sealing perfomance and slip anchor reliability.
