Assembling is an essential link in the production process of industrial products.At present,there are many methods of product assembly in many domestic industrial enterprises.With the rapid development of society,these methods can not meet the demand of production to a certain extent.For example,the assembly process is relatively primitive,low level of automation,low assembly efficiency.In order to change the current assembly situation and improve the efficiency of product assembly,the assembly process of the product is put forward.Based on the product technical requirements and assembly process,considering the configuration,the advantages and disadvantages of serial mechanism and parallel mechanism,multifunctional serial assembly platform(following referred to as the assembly platform)is designed,and using the related software to simulate the key components of statics,the design realization of the assembly platform has changed the traditional assembly thinking which achieve the goal of saving manpower and material resources,the assembly platform provides a new direction in the part of improving the industrial product assembly efficiency.First,analyzed the present situation of the industrial enterprises home and abroad in the assembly tooling field,summed up the problems existing in the assembly tooling of the domestic enterprises,proposed a multi-functional series assembly platform program.Then,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the series and parallel mechanism,it is confirmed that the mechanism of the assembly platform is a series mechanism.Comparison of rotary and push-pull type turnover mechanism,determine the flip configuration,through the principle analysis,to determine the feasibility of the scheme,through the above analysis,to determine the mechanism configuration of integration platform is a series of assembly scheme.Next,based on the program configuration,combined with the technical requirements,the structure of the assembly platform is designed,such as the flip mechanism,the series adjustment mechanism,the peripheral equipment.The 3D model is established by Pro/E software.According to the different driving modes of the assembly platform,the corresponding transmission system is designed and checked.Finally,using the Ansys Workbench module,the statics analyze of finite element is developed for the main bearing parts.The distribution of the deformation and equivalent stress is obtained.Compared the technical requirements of the strength and rigidity,the rationality of the structural design is verified.
