With the continuous improvement of living standards,people not only meet the traditional needs of knitted socks,such as comfort and warmth,but also tend to the choice of personalized high-end socks.At the present stage,most of the sock making enterprises in China still use the traditional knitting socks CAD system,which is based on two-dimensional pattern drawing,because of the lack of innovative design means and talents,and most of them mainly use the batch foreign trade processing of single function socks.Difficult to meet the existing market demand,more difficult to create their own brand and design innovation.Thus,it can be seen that the innovation of the design method of socks and the development of corresponding assistant design software will become the key point to improve the market competitiveness of the sock making enterprises,and it is an urgent problem to be solved in the individualized design of socks products.It is of great significance to sock making enterprises and industries.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the information obtained from the field investigation of the target enterprises,this paper analyzes the design and production technical process of the domestic and foreign stockings industry,combs out the key links of the design process of the socks products and the existing technical treatment methods.It lays a theoretical foundation for the software development of high-end functional socks.(2)On the basis of understanding the design and production process of stockings,the starting point and technical scheme of solving the problem are established,and some key technologies needed in the process of image processing and parameterized design are studied emphatically.The design flow of pattern image processing and 3D parametric modeling using default script file,parameterized programming and so on are put forward respectively.The idea of software development with Visual Basic as the development language and Grasshopper as the parametric modeling platform and Photoshop as the background of image processing is proposed,and the overall framework of the software system is constructed.(3)On the basis of the established Rhinoceros model,the parameterized module partition of socks pattern,weaving and color is established by using Grasshopper,and then the control code module is written by Visual Basic language,and the man-machine interface of the software system is designed.Completed the development of each functional module.(4)With the aid of the software platform designed and developed,the design of high-end functional socks products is carried out,and the feasibility of the theory and the software developed in this paper is verified through the field loom proofing.In this paper,the design of front end and display part of high-end functional socks design system is completed by combining theory with practice.The research results of this paper provide a convenient means for the design process of high-end functional socks,and have high practical value.
