| The current research on the comfort performance of functional socks,the research is only for single comfort index,and there are very few systematic researches on the thermal-wet,wearing,and plantar pressure comfort;and in the current market of functional socks,quality is not good,and consumers are difficult to make accurate judgments from the performance of many functional socks.The comfortable multi-functional socks with the functions of one-way moisture conduction,comfortable touch,sole absorption and antibacterial are developed to provide reference value for relevant scientific research and practical production.Firstly,according to the model,9 comfortable function socks of different raw material combination were prepared and developed with 21 S,32S,40 S cotton yarns as face yarn,20/75 D,30/75 D,40/75 D Coolmax/spandex covered yarns as ground yarn.And their thermal-wet,wearing,and plantar pressure comfort and comprehensive comfort were studied,and three kinds of material combinations for development were preliminarily selected.After getting a better combination of raw materials,according to the higher requirements of thermal-wet comfort of special parts,the influence of organizational structure on the heat and moisture comfort of functional socks was studied through the organizational structure design of socks top and sole.Finally,the comfortable functional socks were treated with antibacterial agents,and the influence of concentration on antibacterial properties and finishing on other properties were explored.The experimental results show that:(1)The comprehensive evaluation result of comfort of functional socks made of low count cotton yarn is poor.When 32 S cotton yarn is used,functional socks can generally get better comprehensive comfort.Among them,the highest grey weighted correlation degree of thermal-wet comfort factor is 0.88,the highest comprehensive gray nearly optimal degree of wearing comfort factor is 0.92,and the highest comprehensive gray nearly optimal degree of plantar pressure comfort factor is 0.90.(2)The results of static compression test and dynamic impact test are consistent.The CW and η can be used to characterize the cushioning performance of functional socks under different conditions.The Pearson correlation coefficient of the two indexes is 0.88.In addition,the bulkiness is the main factor affecting the cushioning performance,and the correlation coefficients of δ with CW and η are-0.876 and-0.677.There is a significant negative linear correlation between them.(3)The tuck tissue with eyelet effect and fancy Terry tissue with groove effect can improve the thermal-wet comfort of functional socks to a certain extent.When the material combination of the functional socks is A2B2,the sock top is made of large eyelet structure,and the sock bottom is made of coarse groove effect fancy Terry structure,the overall thermal-wet comfort of the functional socks is the best.(4)The inhibition effect on Staphylococcus aureus was not obvious by the concentration,but the inhibition effect on Candida albicans decreased with the decrease of concentration.The antibacterial rate of functional socks treated with different concentrations of antibacterial agents reached 70%.In addition,the finished functional socks still have good thermal-wet comfort,and also have a positive effect on moisture absorption and quick drying.Through the cross-linking of antibacterial agents,the unidirectional transfer index of functional socks fabric increases from 472 to about 1400 on average,the comprehensive transfer index increases from 0.67 to about 0.9 on average,and the unidirectional transfer index of socks fabric increases from 347 on average As high as about 1400,the comprehensive transfer index increased from 0.6 to about 0.9 on average. |
