Intelligent manufacturing has become an inevitable trend in the development of modern manufacturing.The digital twin is an important direction for the realization of intelligent manufacturing,and it's an effective method what is used to virtual digital mapping of physical entities and what realizes virtual control of reality and virtual reflection of reality,and it's important content to establish high fidelity digital model of products that building the digital twin of products.High fidelity digital model makes the digital twin of products run through the whole life of products.includes design,simulation,processing,service,upgrade and maintenance.High-end CNC machine tools are the foundation of the industrial parent machine and industry of equipment manufacturing,and the spindle of machine tool is one of the core components of CNC machine tools.This paper analyzes some problems of high-speed motorized spindle in the design and manufacture,and studies the related problems of high fidelity model building for digital twin technology which combined with digital twin technology,parametric design,MBD annotation and parametric simulation,etc.The research content is as follows:(1)put forward a "design-geometry" model of product parametric design oriented digital twin technology,which separates and remaps product design ideas and three-dimensional modeling,which realizes the expression and extraction of product parametric design ideas,and makes it possible to reuse design ideas.On this basis,the design process of the high-speed motorized spindle is analyzed,and the parametric design of the motorized spindle is realized by using the "design-geometry" model.(2)study the characteristics of MBD 3D annotation oriented to digital twin technology,aiming at the shortcomings of MBD annotation in the current commercial CAD software,and wrote a self-made software module of 3D semantic annotation oriented to digital twin technology.It solves some shortcomings of MBD annotation module of CAD commercial software in terms of completeness,accuracy and uniqueness of expression of information,and it expands the expression of the derived features of the geometric features and defines the compound feature of process.On this basis,the high-speed motorized spindle is used as the object to verify in practice,and the three-dimensional information of the high-speed motorized spindle is marked and the description of relationship of assembly is realized in the self-made software.(3)combine the information processing characteristics of digital twin technology,the spindle is simulated simply by parametri c simulation based on ABAQUS and Solid Works Simulation,which realizes the mechanism of MBD information acquisition,transmission,simulation and update.(4)In the Visual Studio 2015 environment,based on C++,QT,secondary development library of Solid Works and three-dimensional modeling kernel library—Open CASCADE,it was compiled that a high-fidelity modeling platform prototype system for high-speed motorized spindles for digital twin technology.It has parametric design module,MBD labeling module and aut omatic parameterized simulation module,which oriented digital twin technology.The data generated by each module can be stored in the database,and can be automatically transferred among the three modules.
