With the rapid development of bolt support technology,resin bolts have been widely used to support the surrounding rock of coal mine roadways.The working state of resin grout has an important impact on the effect of bolt support.The mixing and distribution effect of the resin grout has an important influence on its working state.Especially the impact on the support quality of the roof support is more obvious.In order to improve the support effect of roof bolts,it is of great significance to carry out related research on the mixing and distribution of resin grout.In order to enhance the anchoring effect of roadway roof bolts and improve the performance of anchoring structure,the paper starts from the perspective of improving the mixing and distribution effect of resin anchoring agent,and designs an orientation-lifting of the resin grout mixing device.By the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and laboratory experiments,the analysis of the mixing power of the bolt and the device,the selection of the device structure and the optimization of the structural parameters and the verification of the working effect of the device were completed.The following results were achieved:(1)Through theoretical analysis,it is found that when the roadway roof bolts mix the resin grout,the helical rib structure of the orientation-lifting of the resin grout mixing device compared with the left-handed rib structure of the bolt,which has a higher mixing power for the resin grout.Numerical simulation verifies that the device can effectively promote the movement of the resin grout towards the bottom of the roof borehole and inhibit its downward flow,which is beneficial to enhance the mixing effect of the resin grout.(2)Through the laboratory roof anchoring experiment,it is found that the installation of the orientation-lifting of the resin grout mixing device effectively improves the bearing capacity of the anchoring structure and the extension of the anchoring system.When the anchoring structure is subjected to large deformation and absorbing more energy,bolt can still ensure effective anchoring force.The comprehensive performance of the anchoring structure is improved.(3)Laboratory roof anchoring experiments have shown that the installation of the device can solve the problem of poor distribution effect of the resin grout at the connection site of the resin grout roll and the anchoring end during the construction process of the roof bolt support.
