In view of the lack of actual combat experience in traditional boxing training methods,the high cost,heavy task and heavy work intensity of sparring partners,this paper proposes a design idea of a boxing sparring machine with movable hitting target,and completes its mechanical structure design and key parts selection.At the same time,based on the motion capture experiment,the trajectory planning of boxing sparring machine was carried out,and the obtained data was used for the motion simulation analysis of sparring machine.In addition,the research on boxing movement recognition is carried out.The work and results of this paper are as follows:1.Experiment and analysis of boxing athletes' movement track capture.Through the analysis of four kinds of motion track acquisition methods,the optical motion capture method is determined to be adopted.According to the requirements of simulating various movement trajectories of the sparring sparring machine,the Nokov3 d motion capture system was designed and implemented to collect the body movement trajectories of the sparring players under the condition of various footwork,and the corresponding movement data were obtained.The displacement curves of the body in X,Y and Z directions were drawn in Matlab platform,and the function fitting was carried out to obtain the important design basis and simulation analysis driving data of the boxing sparring machine.2.Design and analysis of sparring machine mechanism.According to the actual combat characteristics of boxing,this paper analyzes the characteristics of various types of mechanical structure,and defines the design scheme of using rectangular coordinate system as the sparring machine structure.According to the movement data obtained from the analysis of gait experiment results,the design and selection of ball screw and servo motor of key parts were completed,and the 3d modeling of the training partner was completed in solidworks software.Finally,Motion analysis method is selected as the simulation analysis method of the model in this paper.The virtual motor is placed on the shaft end of ball screw in three directions,and the drive data obtained from Motion capture experiment is imported to carry out simulation operation on the model.By comparison,the motion change curve obtained by the simulation analysis of the model is consistent with that obtained by the previous experiment,which verifies the rationality of the design model.3.Study on boxing movement recognition.By using the 3D motion capture system set up in chapter 2,the motion capture experiments are carried out on the three main boxing methods of straight,swing and hook,and the displacement,speed,acceleration and Angle change of elbow joint are analyzed.Through comparison,the Angle of elbow joint is selected as the characteristic value to realize the recognition of boxing movement,and the boundary value of the maximum Angle of elbow joint of three boxing methods is obtained.
