Copper alloy plates and strips are mainly used in lead frames,communications,electricity,and electrical and electrical connectors.Among them,the width-to-thickness ratio of thin-gauge strips can reach 46502.Because downstream production has extremely high requirements on the surface quality,strip accuracy,residual stress and shape of the finished copper strip,it poses a huge challenge to the production of copper strips.At present,the finished copper strip of a certain factory mainly has problems that need to be solved urgently,such as edge waves,quarter waves,edge cracks,uneven thickness,and large residual stress.This paper uses the roll system parameters of the six-high UCM mill in the factory,applies the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and uses the display dynamics to numerically simulate the six-high cold-rolled copper strip production and simulate the current control methods of the rolling mill.The work has important guiding significance for mastering the flatness control characteristics of rolling mills and the formulation of flatness control strategies for on-site production.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper first established the work hardening curve model of the new high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy strip during the rolling process through the rolling-tensile experiment method,and used the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS to establish the two-dimensional rolling of the copper strip The model and the three-dimensional elastoplastic six-high UCM mill model,the geometric dimensions of the model are all derived from actual production.(2)Study the deformation behavior on the contact arc during the copper strip rolling process.The influence of the thickness of the copper strip,the friction coefficient and the reduction amount on the contact pressure distribution on the contact arc and the surface profile of the roll are analyzed.(3)The influence of working positive roll bending force,intermediate roll bending force,roll diameter,rolling force and copper strip width on the bending deformation and flattening deformation of the six-high mill roll is studied.(4)This paper also studied the influence of the middle roll traverse on the bending deformation and flattening deformation of the roll system,and also the influence of the middle roll traverse and the factors in(3).Under the influence,the influence law of roll contact pressure distribution,copper strip transverse thickness distribution and roll gap crown is analyzed.It is concluded that the horizontal movement of the intermediate roll has a significant influence on the shape control of the rolled sheet.(5)This paper also establishes the roll gap crown control range of the sixhigh UCM mill when there is no middle roll traverse,the middle roll traverses40 mm and the middle roll traverses 80 mm,and the control of the roll gap crown by the middle roll traverse is obtained.The scope of influence of the domain,and proposes a control strategy of plate shape,through the residual stress experiment,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified.
