The tobacco industry The tobacco industry is one of the key industries in Yunnan Province.With the development of modern science and technology,the progress of foreign technology,the tobacco industry is demanded to digital and intelligent.Optimization of the leaf process is the key points and difficulties of improving the finished product of tobacco production lines and tobacco leaves.The digital model of establishing a tobacco leaf process process can effectively reveal the inherent linkage of tobacco leaflets and the internal linkages of various process parameters,which has a vital role in achieving the technology development of industry modernization.Therefore,a higher technical requirement for the leaf process and equipment performance.At present,there are few studies on tobacco leaves at home and abroad,which are mainly reflected in the influence of external factors such as the threshing effect of tobacco leaves and the growth environment.Among them,the research of threshing effect is mainly reflected in the external conditions.For example,the adjustment of the parameters of threshing equipment and the adjustment of the size of the frame.The research on the leaf itself is mainly from the cytology and the influence of leaf composition,growth environment and changes in the external environment on the structural characteristics and epidermal characteristics of the leaf.Disadvantages: There are few researches on blade fracture mechanics and lack of experimental data comparison.The research content of this paper is the study of the mechanical properties of tobacco leaf fracture based on the finite element algorithm.Combined with the theoretical basis of fracture mechanics,the fracture mechanics characteristics of a single tobacco leaf are studied and the threshing process of a small amount of tobacco leaves is simulated.Comparative analysis is carried out through fracture experiment and finite element fracture simulation.Taking a single tobacco leaf as the research object,digital modeling of tobacco leaf is carried out.By analyzing the changes of the constitutive force of the tobacco leaf under different temperature and humidity conditions,the law of change when the tobacco leaf breaks is analyzed.Analyze the influence of external factors such as temperature and humidity on the mechanical properties of tobacco leaves.Finally,a finite element numerical simulation of the threshing process of a small amount of tobacco leaves is carried out,and the changes in the state of the tobacco leaves inside the threshing machine are reflected through the change process of the internal energy of the tobacco leaf and the stress change process of the element nodes on the tobacco leaf.The mechanical properties of tobacco leaves are constructed by experimental and simulated mutual verification.The stress-strain graph is drawn in the tobacco stretching and the shear direction,and the torque-angle graph is drawn in the torsion direction.The crack extension process of tobacco leaves is studied by finite element simulation.Through different crack angles,the variation of stress intensity factors is studied.Finally,according to the physical parameters of the tobacco leaves obtained by the pendant,the dynamics of the kinetic leaf process simulation.
