Study On The Improvement Of Rescue Ability Of Mine Professional Rescue Team

Coal is an important energy source in China.Human safety must be put first in the exploitation of coal resources.In recent years,although coal mine accidents have decreased significantly,the rate of casualties among mine rescuers has increased compared to before.The mine professional rescue team is the most important professional rescue force when mine accidents occur and is an important part of the emergency rescue system.We should build a mine professional rescue team that can be called,come to fight,and fight to win,and effectively improve its rescue capabilities.It is of great significance for protecting the safety of people's lives and property and building emergency management.We summarized and analyzed the coal mine accidents in recent 10 years and studies a large number of coal mine accident cases.And three types of coal mine accidents with high frequency,such as gas,flood and roof,are taken as typical examples to analyze and study the rescue difficulties of coal mine accidents.This paper further summarized the personal protection,rescue equipment construction,physical quality and tactical application,and concluded the rescue points of the full-time rescue team in the mine.On this basis,the evaluation index system of rescue ability of full-time mine rescue team was constructed,and the index weight was determined by AHP.Then,the comprehensive evaluation model of mine rescue team was established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.And a case study was carried out by randomly selecting mine rescue teams in Z group.The model results were analyzed from four first-level indicators,which were the basic support system of the team,the organization and management level of the team,the comprehensive quality of the team members,the equipment allocation and management,and the plan and drill,so as to explore the deficiencies in the rescue ability construction of the professional mine rescue team.Based on the analysis of coal mine accident rescue and the current situation of mine professional rescue team,we summarized three basic elements from the human,material and environmental aspects,which were personnel construction,rescue equipment and emergency drill.To solve the problems of personnel,what to use and how to better rescue in the process of improving rescue ability,we discussed from three aspects,such as improving the comprehensive quality of the team members,strengthening the equipment management and supporting construction,and improving the actual combat ability of the rescue team members.Having 18 figures,7 tables and 71 references.
